This is because you can update your flatpaks all at once and not have to re-download an appimage from their website every time you want to update minor nsidering that they put out 20 releases in the past 3 days, the advantage should be obvious. If you can handle not being on the absolute bleeding edge Flatpak is probably the better way. They're on version where the latest version is. You can just install the PCSX2 flatpak, and it comes with (slightly behind) nightly QT and WX builds You have to go to /run/media/ this is where your SD card is stored, if it doesn't show, you'll have to format it through the SteamOS first.
